The NFL pays for the Rings up to 7500 dollars. The team itself gets to choose the design of what will be put on it. So it will be a few weeks until they are delivered. But every member of the team, Coaches, ALL players and staff will get a ring. I think even the owner himself gets a ring.

Generally, everyone gets a ring that works for the team. The players, top coaches and owners usually get some fancy ring while everyone gets a little bit watered-down version of the ring.
