Try the numbers 0, 1, 2, and 3, which is the usual default code on alarm systems regardless of manufacturer.

the installer, in this case, wilsons, have put in their own code presumably so they can charge you for a call out if a tamper fault occurs.
you need the name and model number of your alarm panel in order to get an installation guide.
in there will be instructions to refresh the none volatile memory which will put the panel back to its factory settings, and also all the factory set codes for you.

Look up the panel on the manufacturer's website, some will have a default value on power down. If you are lucky and yours is of that type, disconnect power and internal battery and unit will revert to defaults. Note that SABM will keep external sounder running until either local battery runs down or power is restored.
