would like to take a minute to sit right there to tell you how I became the prince of a town called Bel-Air
West Philadelphia, home of the Braves, on a playground where I spent most of my days shooting some hoops and relaxing all cool and then shooting some bball outside the school when a couple of guys they were up to no good started making trouble in my neighborhood I get in one little fight and my mom got scared she said "You're moving with your auntie and uncle in Bel-Air".
Looking for a cab and when it came near the license plate said Fresh and it had dice in the mirror. If anything I could tell that this cab was weird your home in Bel-Air.
I pulled up to a house around seven or eight I said pull over to the cabby you're home smell you later looked at my kingdom I was finally there to sit on my throne as the Prince of Bel-Air.

The plane landed and when I came out
There was a dude,looked like a cop,
standin there with my name out
I ain't tryin to get arrested yet I just got here
I sprang with the quickness and like lightening disappeared
Well, I whistled for a cab, and when it came near,

But I thought Nah forget it, "Yo home to Bel Air."

You mean West Philadelphia, born and raised-not home of the Braves.
Look at Will Smith now. Famous. Friends with Tom Cruise. Three beautiful kids. A great career and an Oscar nomination for his role in the movie "The Pursuit of Happyness" (even though I think Forrest Whitiker is going to take it).
