Well, if we are talking pre-bill of rights, then...

It did not protect individual's rights would definatly be one... I'm sure you could stretch that into more than 3 fears...\

Read the bill of rights, practically everything in there was not present in the constitution but was made after the people wouldn't accept the original constitution.
