Your name is reflected by the humorous nature of this question. Every time tax rates have been cut the economy grows, and I'm guessing you are being sarcastic and know this. Besides, anyone with even a basic knowledge of economics knows that businesses don't really pay taxes, they collect taxes from their customers, thus raising the prices for what they sell and reducing the amount of their products their customers can buy. When taxes are lower people can buy more and this causes the economy to grow.
