Andy died several years after Edie. I don't know if he felt guilty but you really can't blame somebody else for someone's drug problems.

RE:
Do you think Andy Warhol feels guilty about Edie Sedgwick death? Or did he die before her?

She died over 15 years before he did. She died November 16, 1971; Andy Warhol died February 22, 1987.

From everything I have ever read, no he didn't feel guilty as he just used her looks and her trust fund as a stepping stone to make a name for himself. They had a public falling out in 1966 and he even edited her out of one of the movies she had been in prior to the split.

I have never heard anything specific about her funeral, but a the Warhol split was several years prior to her death, it is doubtful that many of her acquaintances were there.

Incidentally, Edie is a cousin to actress Kyra Sedgwick, who is also Kevin Bacon's wife.

A good book about Edie by an Factory insider is "Edie" by Bob Colacello and Jean Stein. Bob was an editor for Warhol's magazine "Interview" and privy to all of the inside information during Edie's tumultuous relationship with Warhol.

Edie Sedgwick died a few years before Andy Warhol. Not sure if he felt any guilt or not and not sure if anyone from his circle went to her funeral.

she died in 1971 he died in 1987
According to wikipedia
"She was buried in the small Oak Hill Cemetery in Ballard, California in a simple grave named "Edith Sedgwick Post - Wife Of Michael Brett Post 1943-1971". The family attended her memorial service"
In Wiki Trivia it states:
"Warhol was often blamed for Edie Sedgwick's descent into drug addiction and mental illness. Before meeting Warhol, she had been in mental hospitals twice and came from a family with a history of mental illness (or more accurately, a history of solving emotional conflicts through institutionalization.) She was close to Warhol for about a year, from approximately March 1965 to February 1966"

I am certain Michael post murdered Edie Sedwick for her money,
He was a loser and a former drug addict.
was only interested in her money so he gave her an overdose.
Andy Warhol used Edie to benefit himself Warhol was scum.

Its unlikely, after her death he was asked how he felt about her passing and he responded that he didnt feel anything and he hardly knew her. Another acquaintance of edies from the factory responded with "edie who?" ...Andy also made a comment to a friend about how he wondered if Edie's husband would inherit all of her money, the friend informed Warhol that Edie didnt have any money as she had spent it all on Andy and the factory crowd, this shows how detached he was from her as everyone knew edie had financial difficulties and had problems with her family and how they weren't supporting her. She told andy plenty of times how she was stuck for money and that she needed him to pay her for the work she did in his movies but he refused.
It was when edie needed help that instead of offering support Andy turned on her. When things were good he treated her like a best friend, called her his superstar and queen of the factory, he used her for her money and social status, took advantage of her vulnerability, naivety and youth but when the money ran out and she could no longer promote him he became increasingly nasty towards her despite the fact she had been a large stepping stone in his career. Andy and his factory friends were extremely superficial, they only cared about gaining money and fame and would step on anyone to get it.
