Yes, but I'd likely forgive.

Hi Blondie
I know that in some places (Africa for instance) it is custom 'normal' to kiss a friend as a greeting, but this is definitely not normal in England, & would be considered a form of cheating as it is more an expression of love than of s*x, this could be construed as closeness 'with feelings' & could indicate that in the past or in the future a s*xual intimacy is only a short step away

I would say no, if it was not with tongue. However, was this an old relationship..because that's just not cool.

Also, all is fair in love and war. Next time he does that, reach over and plant one on one of your guy friends. Maybe once he's on the other end of it, he will see that it doesn't feel too good.

And, I'm not trying to make you two fight about it, but if he doesn't think it's cheating..and you still feel bad about the whole thing, you need to talk with him and let him know that makes you feel uncomfortable...but within reason.

It all depends on the feeling that he put into it. I would not consider it cheating if its a friendly kiss with someone I know well. But if it is with someone I think is a threat to my relationship, I would want to address it and tell him that I am upset about it.

That would depend on the time, place and type of kiss. A peck is niether one way or the other. But a long passionate kiss is another thing. If he kisses someone in front of me, well he's got nothing to hide, but if I hear about it from the kissee or a third party ("I saw your man snogging Betty X last night") I would get very upset and I would count it as cheating.
I live in Spain where the kiss on the cheek (or on both) is a standard greeting, so that wouldn't bother me. But his lips hadn't better touch hers!

Yeah, it is cheating, without a shadow of a doubt. However, i'd say that a kiss is the one thing that always leads to the another, and if it didn't, then he stopped himself. The questions you need to ask are, who stopped it going further and if he had the opportunity to sleep with her, would he have? If he stopped something that was handed on a plate, then I think that that is quite commendable!

It depends on the situation.

Assuming it is a romantic kiss, in a private setting then yes -

but if they're just clowning around - and there was no feeling or meaning there, then no.
