I prefer quick and easy breakfast that usually consists of high fiber cereal with some fresh fruit.

On the weekends, I like to have some eggs and toast or maybe a breakfast burrito.

My favorite breakfast is cheesey grits, bacon , eggs and cheese with some toast.

But since I am now on this health thing I now eat, oatmeal with slices of cut up apples.

I sure do miss the fat and goodness of the first breakfast. Shoney's breakfast is the best. Woo woo
