I prefer quick and easy breakfast that usually consists of high fiber cereal with some fresh fruit.
On the weekends, I like to have some eggs and toast or maybe a breakfast burrito.

My favorite breakfast is cheesey grits, bacon , eggs and cheese with some toast.
But since I am now on this health thing I now eat, oatmeal with slices of cut up apples.
I sure do miss the fat and goodness of the first breakfast. Shoney's breakfast is the best. Woo woo

Egg Beaters omelet with peppers and onions, and a side of turkey bacon is what this 46 year old heart patient likes, but that only works out on Saturday mornings. No time the other days, so it is usually cereal and coffee.

when i was younger i worked in a waffle house as a cook and developed my personal breakfast choice.
i pan flip eggs (you can buy a egg pan for it), make some polish sausage, grits with butter, and some toast (fruit breads are good to) with strawberry jelly on it. the egg pan will also allow you to make omelets to.
