if you want a CHEAP gift, (not cheep) then get her a gift certificate that is under 300 DOLLARS (not dolors) to her favorite store.

$300 Bucks is cheap? I am real good at throwing cheap parties but not $300 ones. We are poor lol!
All three of my boys birthdays are within 4 days and 2 weeks a part. That is $900 bucks if we spent that much on each one of them.

That is a lot of money, guess it just depends how much one has to spend on a birthday party.....Our boys could do anything they wanted with that much...is this including presents?

Wow I think 300 dollars is very generous for a b-day party when I was a kid it was a few girlfriends over to spend the night some chips and soda and rented movies and if we were lucky a delivered pizza.

Well, for one,I'm pretty sure you don't have a 13 year old, your probably the 13 yr old (horrible spelling)but, a good idea is to have your friends spend the night watch a movie and think of fun games.

$300 !!!!! Holy cow. You call that cheap???!!! That is very generous of you!!! Times sure have changed...for that amount of money you could take a few friends ice skating and then out to lunch. THAT would be very cool. Or to the movies and lunch.
You could have a singing telegram, maybe.
Your child is VERY lucky.

Make it a girls/boys only slumber party at a hotel.....Room rates for one night should be under $100 (make sure it's one with an indoor pool if it's cold in your area), order pizza, bring some board games from home, get a bunch of dollar store makeup and accessories and have "makeover time."
For boys.....I think they'll be content and puckered out with the swimming and games.

A murder mystery is a fun idea. And they get to dress up! My friend got one for £20 recently. Not sure what that is in $ haha!
