This has been happening more frequesntly lately--I have never seen this before on any computer--it's a Dell laptop. The screen just starts moving up and down for about 5-10 seconds, then stops. While it is happening, you cannot close the screen or do any commands

Did u try to reinstall the video driver this may fix the problem

Do a System Restore since when it work previous
click on Start-All Program-Accessories-System tools-system restore
choose a date when the computer was lasted good working then click on next and do a system restore
This will work u like a dream check out

Sounds like the video card is going bad or over heating.

You might need a new video card like he said usually u can go to any cpu store to fix it
