Most definitely and memory is very inexpensive. I would suggest that you purchase as much as 512 MB so that you will be able to use others game that are in production. Games are constantly being improved upon which most likely means needing more memory to run. So investing in 512 MB of memory now will server you well way into the future.
Doge Viper is also correct, I would also recommend upgrading your graphics card, which is also inexpensive.
Cheers!

I'm not entirely sure what you mean by the memory question. It could be one of two things, so I'm going to address both:
1) If the game says you need 250 MB of free space on your hard drive, then you need to delete some things on your computer or buy an additional (or larger) hard drive. A short-term solution would be to delete some movie files, MP3s, etc., that you're no longer looking at. Those kinds of files are large enough that it won't take much deleting to free up 60 MB.
A better (and longer-term) fix would be to add another hard drive to your system. Use the new drive only for data files (this would include the movies and MP3s I mentioned before) and use your C: drive only for installing programs. This should leave you with plenty of room for more games in the future!
2) If the game requires at least 250 MB of RAM, it's easy to add more RAM to your system. A good place to shop online for RAM is www.crucial.com. That site even has a scanning tool, which will check your system, show you what RAM you already have, and present you with options for upgrading. If you're going to keep using the computer for gaming, I recommend you buy enough RAM so that your computer ends up with 512 MB **minimum** -- a gigabyte would be even better. If you don't already have 512 MB of RAM, I would recommend upgrading even if you don't need to do it to run the DH game.
As for the video, you're going to need a new video card for the DH game. Generally, the video that comes with your computer is integrated in the motherboard instead of being a separate card. This is adequate for most everyday applications, but not for gaming. To get a new card, I suggest you take the game to a computer place, show them what the video requirements are, and have them recommend a suitable card for you.
I recommend that you go with all three upgrades: hard drive, RAM, and video card. Then your computer should be set for gaming and other things for quite a while. Good luck!!

Your memory is 256Mb, but because of something windows read it as 191 Mb, you may able to play your game with that memory, but consider to buy new 256 Mb to support your old memory.
