Nah....you've got it backwards, after all, isn't he a friend of the Bush's? Face it, that's why they're not looking for him.

You know what, this is a really ignorant question. I'm a liberal and I have been against him from the start. If he were caught I would certainly NOT demand he be afforded Constitutional rights (who's Constitution?) I'd be calling for the dealth penalty. This is a really ignorant and biased question and why would you assume liberals would call for that? Oh, wait, we won't have to worry about this ever happening, because he's never going to get caught. The Bush administration knows exactly where he is. You must be embaressing to all intelligent conservatives.

Immediately. If he is brought to trial in the United States we treat him as we would anyone else. If we are to be an example to the world we cannot pick and choose who we treat how. We are supposed to treat everyone with the same respect under the law.

If he is out of the United States and under the control of another sovereign nation we cannot control what happens to him. Perhaps there is someone in the Middle East who could do it for us. Then we could get revenge without direct blood on our hands and under our laws.

I don't believe he should get any US constitutional rights.
Sure there are extreme liberals out there, who think the death penalty is wrong no matter what the case. But I can assure you here and now, I AM NOT ONE OF THEM, lol.
I believe anybody who knowingly violates anothers constitutional rights, automatically revokes theirs.
Also, I believe since he is Arabic, then we should do him the honor of punishment that he is used to seeing in his country.
I mean if we want to be fair to him, shouldn't we give him the fitting farewell??

anyone arrested by a US government agency should be treated as a human being. Rather or not they are deserving of it is another question. But, if you start treating them like animals you will be no better than they are. As for Bin Laden being captured yeah right, he won't be taken alive even if he wanted to be, the first solider that sees him will but two in his chest and one in his head.

I'm sure someone will want to send tulip ideas. His rights are covered by the Geneva convention, no matter how anyone feels or thinks. The same way the prisoners rights in Gutonomo Bay were.

Tomorrow. Society is not determined by how we treat our selves but how we treat our prisoners. Either we are a civilized nation that believes in the rule of law or we aren't. Besides don't you think it would be a much better punishment to lock him up in a Super Max for 50 or years before he dies?

I doubt anyone in the USA will be screaming for any rights for him....anyways he has no constitutional rights, he's not a citizen....maybe I'm confused by your question.

I, as a liberal, do not support capturing Bin Ladin. However, I do support blowing his head off on sight.

They've made that clear already.
He's got more rights than we do,as he stands accused of multiple crimes.
He'll have 200 ACLU lawyers at taxpayer expence and the trial will last until he dies of old age.

SHOOT the Goathumper on sight and bring back his head, only his head!
