My videos keep getting rejected on Youtube?

Im a director but everytime I submit a video on youtube that is below 100mb and not long at all, like less than 13 minutes, it gives me the "Rejected video is too long". :?

If it is only just under 100mb then Windows is probably just displaying it wrong, maybe you could change the video format before uploading to another format that is YouTube compatible, compress your current format, or cut some of the video.
