I've watched scary movies since before i should've :P and the first one that really scared me enough to actually give me nightmares was the first FINAL DESTINATION, so i'd have to go with that. But others for me include the other two FDs, the Saw trilogy, Hostel, Seven, Mindhunters, Identity, The Cell, The Craft, The Silence of the Lambs movies (can't wait for Hannibal Rising), The Butterfly Effect, House of 1,000 Corpses & The Devil's Rejects (I love Rob Zombie), Resident Evil 1&2 (can't wait for the 3rd one), Jeepers Creepers 1&2, Candyman 1&2, 13 Ghosts (new), Ghost Ship, Gothica and Asian Horror movies, including "Audition",which is known as one of the most distubing movies ever made.

The most horror film? I guess The Saw movies have the most horror in it.

"The most horror film ever"..... well, that depends. Did you mean the scariest? The worst? The most like real-life? Which one?

My two faves are the Exorcist and the Shining. Something about creepy family members hits a nerve with me.
