1- Go to forums related to your niche, and make some contributions. Make sure you insert the link to your website in the forum signature.
2- Run an affiliate program.
3- Start a blog. Make some interesting posts.
4- Start your own newsletter using autoresponder. Everytime you update the site, keep your subscribers updated.

Submit an article to ezinearticles.com and Goarticles.com every day for the next 6 months. Write about your topic and find words that people are searching for that relate to your business. Preferably ones that do not have alot of results in the search engines.
This is a completely free and proven tactic to bringing traffic to your site for free. Don't think you can not write, you can. You know more about your business than your customer, so write about your jewlery.

The numbers that come up on the left are the number of searches done and the number that comes up on the right is the number of results or pages in the search engines that use those specific words...look for high searches with low results and write your articles about those keywords.
The key here is to write as many as you can and as fast as you can...preferably you should submit 3-5 a day.
If you do this for 6 months, I will guarantee you will see a boat load of free traffic from the search engines, thus you will get a boat load of sales
