As outlandish as it might seem in this day, being buried alive. Throughout history, plague/disease outbreaks saw countless numbers of comatose individuals being taken for dead and receiving prompt burials. Today, I know the odds are slim (though I suspect still occur in third world nations), but earthquakes, landslides, and such do occur. The knowledge that I am still alive and no one can/will come no matter how hard I struggle... that's the greatest terror I can think of.

Hypodermic needles. But I have to get bloodwork done often, so I can force myself to let them be used on me. However, if the blood drawer doesn't talk to me while she/he's taking my blood, I'll pass out because I just don't breathe when needles are around. I can't stand it when they show flu shots on the news and there's no warning, and needles in movies or television (i.e., ones that I know are fake) really upset me.
