When thinking about subscribing to an internet provider you should consider two factors- Price and Bandwidth. The Internet Provider with the lower prices might not always be better because it might run a poor service. On the other hand, the Internet provider with the higher bandwidth may charge unreasonable prices. After weighing the two options an answer can be arrived at.

Neither... just get either a comcast cable modem or a Yahoo DSL connection... they will be your provider.
