Is it possible to mate cleveland style heads to a 302 engine block to make a "Clevor" engine. If it is possible...how?

Actualy Dale is correct the 351 Cleveland is a big block the heads cannot be used on a 302. The 351 windsor is a small block and the heads can be used on a 302.
if you are looking to improve performance you might also check ford racing parts for heads:

Yes it is.
Both engines use the same bore spacing.
There are intake manifolds available to do this.
You will need to block off the coolant passage in the face of the Cleveland head, and have new ones machined into the intake faces Ala. Windsor style.
If I remember correctly the head bolts are larger for the Cleveland so your 302s bolt holes will need to be tapped out to the next larger size.
Use boss 302 push rods.
Change pistons to match head contour.
Check Pop. Hotrod back issues, they should have an article about it somewhere.
And no DALE Cleveland's are not big block.

I own an 89 mustang. It has a 302 in it. I think that it might be possible to put it in a ranger. Depending on year. If possible look at the motor carriage of a 88 thru 93 mustang and see if they are close in comparison. My 89 is rather small. I do think it is possible and would boost the power. But you might want to find out if the truck can take such torque. As far as the rear end and drive ttrain.

the 351 cleveland is a long block, 302 is a short block. the heads are not interchangeable. 351 windsor heads are. what you get is a 302 windsor or Boss 302.

Cleveland is the big block.Windsor is the small. One way to tell the difference is to look at the fuel pump mounting bolts.Clevelands have them on top and bottom while Windsor has them on the left and right.

It is possible, but requires Expensive machineing and other modifications. If your goal is to have a rare engine and you have endless money to spend it is feasable. It however, is not practical.
