I have used several black (super black) eyeliners, but after an hour or so, the eyeliner comes off (even the waterproof one) Which eyeliner can I use that will really look dark and black. I really don't want to use the eyeliner on the tip of my eyelind but instead under the eyelashes. Price doesn't matter if its worthit.

Bought MAC fluidline - blacktrack! I love it. It was pretty pricey since I had to buy a brush but it was worth it!

You can get NYC eyeliner then for $1.
Your eyeliner shouldn't be coming off unless you cry all day. Even then there'd still be a little left.
I use that eyeliner and its still there a little bit after I wash my face.
