and the baby is killed is that considered murder?? (dont ask why i asked this i am just curious) becuz i know a girl that I am having issues with and IS THE type of ***** to try to fight me while i am pregnant....

It would probably be considered manslaughter, because teh death of the baby was not the intent of the person fighting. In some states, though, they don't charge for deaths of unborn babies. It depends on where you life.
However, I would strongly advise you to stay far away and possibly get a restraining order against this person if you seriously feel threatened by her.

It would depend on how preganant you are and if the baby would be able to stay alive if bron at the time of the fight. Plus depending on your state laws it could be considered murder or assalt on 2 people instead of 1.

Im sorry to say, but yes it is considered murder. You need to stay away from anyone who may do harm to you or your baby while you are pregnant. Only ignorant people would hurt a pregnant woman, but that doesn't give you the right to talk smack because you know the consequence if he/she hurts you. So dont bring pain if you cant take it. It's not right for her to hurt you during this time, but its not very adult like for you to bring the pain to yourself. I hope this helps.

If you are so immature as to get into an actual fight with another woman, you aren't mature enough to raise a child. Better get smart and grow up if you're expecting a baby! Your child deserves to be born into a safe, loving world.

a few days ago i read a story about a woman who was put in jail when she was 3 months pregnant. she started bleeding and told the officers she needed to go to the ER. apparently they wouldn't let her and ignored her pleas for help. well the next day she miscarried. they are being charged w/ manslaughter.

Avoid this fight by getting a restraining order. They will serve it on her. If she violates it, she goes to jail. Easy enough??

when i was pregnant with my first this annoying b*** always started stuff with me so i always avoided her because i knew she would try to fight and i didnt wanna risk my babys life.
