It means they couldn't find him. Nothing more. He moves around, ya know? I guess when you've got the US Military hunting you down, you can't stay at the Afghanistan Holiday Inn every night.

Texas Rose - That is priceless. What country have you been living in? And just so you know...Elvis has left the building.

Ya know, the Monty Python Show used to do a 'bit' on what they called the World's Hide and Go Seek Championship !!!
Contestants could hide anywhere in the world . Then, the seeker would go about searching anywhere and everywhere in the world .

It was funny.. . . . . because EVERYBODY watching understood, that finding one individual, hiding anywhere in the world, was an impossible notion . That was back in the 70's, when most people still had common sense .

History has PROVEN that people have LOST COMMON SENSE !!!

Therefore, President Bush did not lie, he was put into a position where he HAD to TRY the impossible . But impossible doesn't always mean FOREVER !!!

apparently not. The taliban admitted ties to bin laden. They have been knowingly harboring Bin Ladin, and removing the taliban was the first step to bringing Bin Ladin to justice (or death, which ever). Since we never found Bin Ladin, we need to look in other places which of course they have been.
Honestly, If I were him, I'd be in the US. Who in the hell is gonna look for him here?

I'd say yes.

Bush won his second term on tough talk like the "dead or alive" thing. And since he then went on to say he isn't that concerned about Osama, I'm guessing that means it was all lip service to win the election. And instead of feeling like fools, all those who voted for him have now said that they're more concerned with Saddam Hussein than with al Qaeda.
