A sign that speaks!!!!!
Does it say anything other than slow children?
Does it shout during rush hour and whisper at night?
There is a sign near me which reads "Blind School" and an arrow to give the direction surely this talking sign would be of more use to the students.
It may, however, be a college for people who make window accesories.

The sign is needed to warn drivers that kids are about and they need to slow down. It's not cruel it's necessary.

Being a parent of children (adopted and foster) with special needs I find that very rude . It is NOT the child's fault that they have these special needs. People who make fun of these people are people with low self esteem and for the most part they do not understand. Labelling these kids as slow is wrong. 99% of these kids are extremely smart. Kids with autism are smarter than most adults with a college degree.

Silly person, it means for you to drive slow because there are children present and they could run out in the street during their play. It has nothing to do with the students having learning disabilities.
Obviously, you meant this as a joke.

Its for their safety. Actually children in special needs are very intelligent and the loveliest children compared to mainstreams, who often are very mouthy and yoblike.
