Talk to him.

Do not leave it up to him whether he comes over or not, it is your home. Have other interets besides him, push him towards other interests, what about sports? He sounds a little weak, just tell him you are busy sometimes and you'd like to have a balanced life. Life has much to offer both of you. Don't smother one another.

Tell him to get a life, stop complaining and make plans to go out with his friends. If he chooses not to then the next time he says something to you tell him you gave him ways to get together with them it's not your fault he chose not to, and seeing as he made that choice you don't want to hear it.

Tell him to make plans with the guys, then tell him him to let you know when, then that leaves you to spend time with your girlfriends or go shopping by yourself.
Time away from each other is good for a relationship.

You should get yourself another boyfriend. Why would you want someone who depends on you to make them feel better? You should just let this one go. He sounds like a big cry baby. Thank you.

I'm sorry your mom won't let your boyfriend come over. You must really feel protected.

When he complains that he never sees his friends, suggest that he visit the Eye Doctor. Tell him, maybe he just needs glasses. :P

it's all too easy to spend too much time with a gf/bf in the earlier weeks and months of a relationship, which can result in losing touch or becoming distanced from friends you spent most of your time with before relationship... maybe ur bf's friends don't care too much for hanging with him, cos he might have given them the impression he didn't care much for them, cos he's been spending all his time with you. now he misses them.

He says no to his, friends, than wants to spend time with you. Well maybe, you can go tell him, "Well I am going out with girls, go ahead with your guys, we can catch up later at a movie." Simple. Force him to hang with his friends, or you guys can even hang out as a group, you, his friends, him, your friends...all together! Force him to go out with his friends, and then promise him you'll meet up with him later.
