I don't think they alter your appearance too much at all, as long as you have a small pretty stud it can look very nice, don't go for a ring though they are horrible. Good luck

Not at all.
One tiny thing on your face isn't going to affect the rest of your appearance.
It can go with any face structure as well. Anyone can get the piercing. Just make sure to get it in the proper place (crease, in the middle).
No one piercing was made for a specific person or age.

Not really. Some look cute too. best is not to have a pierced one. Just clip ons for pleasure. I don't like them

it depends on your age, actually. if your under 20, nose studs make you look older. if your thirties or so, or older, they tend to make you look younger. either way, they can also tend to make you look gay, so if you arent gay, you probably wont like the look it gives off.

no! I had one and it doesn't make you look older... it's more cutesy and ethnic... and also you have to have the right nose for a nose ring becuase if you don't.... it will look sooooo ugly.
