It isn't a hoax. The planet is warming. That cannot be disputed. What can be disputed is if it is man made or a natural cycle for the planet. We only have about 140 years of historical temperatures. And in that time the planet has cooled and warmed. Global warming scientist look at Ice samples and tree rings and theorizes that what they are seeing is the effects of global warming.

Good to see I'm not alone on this. The planet has gone through heating and cooling cycles far longer than humans have been around to record it. You cannot predict the earth's future based on a mere one hundred years of record-keeping. Scientists are being incredibly presumptive on this matter, and politicians are twisting global warming to suit their own agendas.

It was all made up by B students who were jealous of A students. Incapable of being creative themselves, these robots want to make us believe that those who invented all the things that prevent us from living like animals will destroy us with progress.

Enviros are escapist nerd misfits who ran away from normal life to hide in academentia. Imprisoned in the Ivory Tower, they soon realize that this is no escape. So they indulge in insane scare stories about Nature's revenge on Creative Man, with themselves as Action Heroes saving mankind from self-destruction. Their pathetic real identity as losers is something they can't stand, though they pretend to have contempt for normal people's lack of respect for them. This explains why environerds fudge data or exaggerate trends when they pose as experts whose opinions ought to be honored.

Beware of scientific "astroturf", my friend. Do your own research into who's paying the contrarian scientists.
