I posted bond for someone,and fuorty-two hours later they started expedition of said bond.I am now told once they accept bond they don't have the right by law to wait till they are ready to expidite said bond.They most do so imediatlly.

The general rules & guidelines for bail are set by the state legislature w advice & consent from the state attorney general.

Each judge has jurisdiction to exercise their own discretion as far as the actual amount for a given case.
