well, i really don't think you can stop your dreams and what is in them. you could ask like a therapist if they have any pills to control your dreams but then you mite be missing out on dreaming.

You shouldn't do anything!!! You should continue dreaming with them, but i f you are getting bored with it you should do in your dreams things that are more exciting.
