Can anybody give me a code of html in which we attach a file to the document and a button or link appears for the download of it

Show the URL (path to the file to be downloaded). Sample:
http://www.domainname.com/foldername/filename.suffix
When clicking on that, a download window will appear.

are you trying to ask about hyperlink. if thats so, insert hyperlink that will give you to link a file.
