many a time. it's horrible. you can't stop thinking that it could have been prevented. i just try to get over it, but we ALL know that it doesn't work. sometimes afterwards and i get a sudden falling feeling of missing them, i sit in my room and prioritize my life.

I've lost a lot of friends in tragedy's situations. The way to move on is simply by putting one foot in front of the other again and again until you find yourself in another place. It wasn't your time to go or you would be with your friend. Remember the good times and know your friend has gone on to a better place to be waiting for you to come when your life's work is done here. You must keep busy and not sit and dwell on losing your friend. It will destroy you eventually and I'm sure your friend would wish you good success in life. I am truly sorry for your loss! Keep your chin up and keep doing the next right thing for you.

Pain
Why is it a surprise
The pain in someone’s eyes
When a loved one dies
Why does nothing work
To take away the hurt
Or the pain when someone cries
Why can I see the fear
In each and every tear
Shed over the unknown
How does one show they care
Or how does someone share
These moments of despair
Will the answers ever be shown
Or are they meant to bare alone
My heart cries out
I want to shout
Please let me share the pain
But deep down I know
My feelings are in vain
And so hard to explain
Just know I’m there
Just know I care
Your pain flows freely
Through my heart

yes i have and in time you will move on.. my friends would have wanted me to live my life and to do things they cant do any more. remember if you were to die do you want people putting there lives on hold or live them. I do this for my friends and i do this for me as a way to remember them and every yr i have a life celebration and do something i know they would have done. ski dive for one i would have never did that if they were a live but i did it because i know it would be something they would have if they were still here.. so live your life as if your living for 2 or 3 or 4 lives...sorry for your lose and trust me in time you will move on...

Yes, my best friend. It hurt sooooo much and it takes time. Just think of all the fun and the happiness you shared. Sorry to say but only time can ease the pain. I am so sorry for your loss.
