Yes..I had the worst time when i first got pregnant..I couldn't eat meat. I ate a lot of fruit and veggies, and drank lots of water. You can check with your doctor just in case.

I had the same problem when i was 5wks. My stomach hurt everytime i ate. So when i went to the doc i told him and he put me on a diet. You can get a sensitive stomach during pregnancy he said and should only eat certain things. Like most juices and fruits have acid so i can only eat bananas, apples, and a fresh orange here and there. Eggs.Oatmeal. Grits. Whole wheat bread. Nothing but water or skim milk. I can have meat and stuff but you cain't eat like hotdogs or lunch meat unless cooked. Salads and fruit salads are good for you. No salt. It helped me allot i stopped hurting. But i haven't been faithful to it cuz i lost 5ibs due to morining sickness so i just ate what i wanted but made sure i get my veggies and fruits. Just make sure you eat a good breakfast and dinner with greens and once a week go out but just watch what it is. No spicy or heavy seasoned food. Good luck and congradulations

congrats on your pregnancy! morning sickness sucks a lot, and it's something you'll have to deal with for at least a couple months. instead of eating big meals, try to eat little snacks throughout the day. keep lots of crackers & bananas in stock. from my experience, you may want to stay away from orange juice until your morning sickness stops, trust me, it makes throwing up even worse than normal. i also had trouble keeping my prenatal vitamins down, but it was much easier for me to take them at night before bed with a glass of chocolate milk. (chocolate milk is a pregnant woman's best friend, btw.) congrats and good luck!

That's normal when I was pregnat I also had that problem, don't worry during the pregnancy this pain would be over, but I recommend to eat fruit and soft, and to driink a lot of water.

yes it is normal and it will go away later on the pregnancy, try eating soft food, and fresh fruit and veggies, crackers and sprite are good too.
