How do I remove a red fruit punch stain on the carpet?

A lot of it spilled. The area is about 2 by 2 feet of red carpet.

Oxy clean makes a product for carpets, it works great for huge spills-follow the directions!!! Good Luck.

this form of stain is not any doubt considered one of the toughest to get out the carpet. i might propose using a moist vac and slowly pour warm water (from a kettle) on he spot and vacuum it up on the comparable time, (this might open up the dye ports on the carpet fibre liberating the stain. and do away with the residue from the carpet). If the stain continues to be seen than attempt putting dishwashing cleansing soap (2 or 3 drops into one cup of water or carpet spotter. hose down the spot letting it soak on the stain for approximately 5 minutes and repeat the 1st step. After this you may rinse the section lower back with the moist vac and water. Carpet purifier for 14 years

I would try resolve, or oxy clean. Follow the directions to the T. I have had many of fruit punch spilled on my carpet...you will probably have to treat it more then once.

Red anything is a real pain. Your going to have to get a specialty cleaner for red dye. A carpet store or janitor supply company should stock it or be able to order it.
