No they dont do it better. There is no better way of doing that other human races dont know of.
It is sex for gods sake.
There isnt any secret italian way of doing it.
Maybe italians talk about it and share their best moves with their buddies/sons/peers so that is why it could have given rise to the theory.
But i heard the french and even the greek do it better.
I have even heard that moslems do it better well because of their circumcisions(I am just saying what i heard) but research has proved the circumcision doesnt improve perfomance.
If you love someone you will do it better.
I Think i am the best in the world. Cause I do it onlywith love and only my loved one will no.
A player(playboy) can be good with experience but he cannot beat the way I (or anyone who is truly in love and good in bed too) can make a girl(the one i love i dont do it with any suzy suzzane or jane) feel. ;-)

Well, is it true? Dunno, I think everyone can all do it at one time or another, some do it best in the day, some in the night, some in strange places, others on the mountain top. Some in the sea, some on the beach perhaps? We all do it best one time or another.
All races in this world can do it, and all can be the best at times. So, to answer your question, not only Italians can do it better, all others can do it as well, for better or worse.
