Razor blade will scratch them.
IF your glasses don't have a scratch protection coating then you can use acetone (nail polish remover) to gently clean the glue from your lenses.
IF you do have protective coatings you need to be cautious as the acetone will also remove most of those coatings. Might need to take them into your optician and have them clean them for you.

Glasses as in eyeglasses? Are they glass or plastic lenses? My first choice if they're glass, is acetone (nail polish remover) on a Q-tip. If they're plastic, I'd probably agree with the razor blade answer.

sledge hammer.

Actually, completely seriously, standard super Glue is not recommended to be used for glass bonding applications. If bonded, soak in water until parts come apart.

Unless it is plastic, then use acetone. then wash in soap and water.

Hope that helps.
