Fruits Basket (Its kawaii, romantic)
Konjiki No Gash Bell (more like adventure)
Kirarin Revolution (about a girl becoming an idol, some romance)(But there are mostly raws for Kirain Revo)
Pita-ten (comedy, VERY kawaii)
Jigoku Shoujo (this is about a girl who send ppl 2 the place u never wanna go to)
Ranma 1/2 (its LONG though)
Demashita! Powerpuff Girls Z (1 of my very x10000 fav. anime/manga)

A romance comedy? I suggest 'Love Hina'. Have never seen the anime, but still, I have heard that it is very good, and have heard plenty of great reviews about it.

great teacher onizuka or GTO
its about a ex biker gang leader who want to become the best teacher in the world, when he get his class all his students trys to get him fired, even some of the other teachers but he find some ways of getting over that. it has romance and its very funny. it also has a good storyline to it aswell
by the way i watched love hina, it was crap compared to GTO, i only know that cause i watched GTO then love hina after it, it was a down-grade for comedy
