I am so bored! I don't really think I want to go outside...it -5 and the wind chill is -35, the snow is up to my thighs...!

Do you have a subject that you are interested in:
Sports, Bible, Poetry, History, Science.Music.
If so why not try & answer some good questions in the answer mode on yahoo.
--I have great interest in the Bible and like to answer reasonable questions on that subject but I have answered on sports, philosphy, family & friends, history, movies, sciences, culture , etc. --and there are people who have need of good input,--if you can write reasonbly clear thoughts , why not see if you can help out.
--There might be categories in which young people as some good questions--and might be dealing with problems. --If you have concern for people, put your-self out and do something for someone if you haven't done so already on a regular basis, it is an anti-boring experience.
--When we only concentrate on our own needs & pleasures --we can get easily bored with ourselves if that is all we concentrate on.

A cold day means a day of warmth and cuddling inside.
I would have a pot of something warm and delicious going on the stove, such as home-made soup, stew, or chili. I would put them on first thing in the morning and let them cook slowly and they will be delicious to eat some for lunch and for dinner. I would have my fabulous Sponge cake baking in the oven to serve with fruit over tea in the late afternoon. For Dinner's Dessert, I would have a nice blueberry and strawberry Crumble, warm and delicious for me and hubby.
I would have the radio on to some real nice over the border music to brighten up a Winter day. The fireplace would be burning giving the whole house a warm glow.
I would take a nice leisurely bubble bath, and do all the pampering for myself, manicure, pedicure, all the things I love to do but rarely get a whole day to myself to do them. Then in the afternoon, when the stew is slowing cooking, I would take a nice nap and so to be refreshed for a evening of movie watching with my hubby. That's what I would do and what I usually do when I am stuck alone on a snow day.. and I love it.. warms me and hubby too. In other words take this day as a pampering day for your soul, mind and body.. Enjoy the day.

Depends on your idea of fun! Is there a game on the computer you've been dieing to beat? A book that you could really dive into? A cake or cookies to bake? A spa day so you can spoil yourself? (you can look on-line for homemade recipies if you don't have any for face scrubs or body washes). Have you been wanting to redo a room or reorganize something? Have fun & try to remember all the things you've complained you can't do because there was no time!

Go outside and play if not for yourselve then for those of us who are stuck in the south with no snow. Or sit on your but all day and play XBOX or surf the web and answer questions on yahoo answers

I wish it snowed a lot the place I stay! i might truthfully be out enjoying in the snow! -make a snowman -have a snow ball combat -make a snow angel -bypass sledding -watch a Christmas movie

I am in Michigan and its pretty cold here too. We have no school and my boyfriend and I are really bored. We both wanted to go to the gym but everything in our little town is closed. Good luck and if you find anything to do please tell me.

ok first of all emmy you got to get your bikini out and put it on and look in the net for beachs pics or some place that is warm... look up pan music ( steel drum ) and make yourself a pina colalada or something. get yourself in the beach mood haha its to damm cold ( here too sweety in nyc ) not to have fun. everybody limbo!!!!!
