First: Figure out how many differernt pairs of numbers, whose product will be 360, from this list of factors.
Second: Determine which pairs sum to 100 or greater.
There are very few pairs with a LARGE factor of 360: (180*2), (120*3), and (90*4). Only the first two sums are too large. As the pairs get closer in value their sum grows less.
