Can i have a buisness partner arrested for stealing money from company buisness account. and transferring it to his personal account without permission from the other partners? can i go to the police to have him arrested?

You can report this, with the necessary evidence, to the police or other commercial affairs authorities as a act involving 'misappropriation of funds' and leave to the authorities whether a court summons or warrant of arrest is due.

If I were you I would collect all the information I could make copies of all the transfers and see a lawyer. If you have him arrested first and it back fires he could charge you with defermation of character and sue for a lot of money.

If you have proof and in your business plan (made when you started the business) states you need to tell all parties. Then yes seek something.

I would recommend that you speak to a lawyer first since I don't know corporate law very well and your own state's laws...

Yes you can, but make sure that you have proof that these transfers are not legit.
