READ THIS :- Masturbation. Most people do it — yet so many people worry about doing it! That's because there are a lot of myths out there that masturbation is dirty, dangerous, or something to be embarrassed about doing. But the truth is, masturbation is safe and healthy, and it's here to stay. People of all ages do it. Guys do it, and girls do it too. Single people and people in relationships do it. Some people do it a few times a day, and some do it a few times a year. Let's get to the bottom of some of the masturbation myths that make people so anxious about being caught red-handed.

Myth #1: Masturbation is unhealthy.

Maybe you've heard that masturbation makes you blind or damages your sex organs. This couldn't be further from the truth. Masturbation is not physically harmful in any way. In fact, it has a number of physical and mental health benefits — here are just a few:

Masturbation releases stress and physical tension. Many people masturbate to relax, and it can help some people fall asleep.

Orgasms — whether they're from masturbation or sex play with a partner — can act as a natural painkiller. One study from 2001 found that orgasm can ease migraines faster than medication. Some women masturbate to relieve menstrual cramps. Research has also shown that orgasms may even prevent endometriosis, a disease of the uterine lining.

One recent study found that frequent ejaculation from masturbating may reduce a man's chances of developing prostate cancer.
Plus, masturbation is the ultimate form of safer sex — there is no risk of pregnancy or infection.

Myth #2: Only people who can't "get any" masturbate.

Here's an interesting fact — people who have regular sex partners actually masturbate more often than those who don't. Some people are concerned when they find out their partners masturbate — they wonder, "Why would someone masturbate when they could just have sex? Does this mean that my partner isn't attracted to me?" But many people — both in relationships and single — masturbate when their partners are unavailable. Some use masturbation as a kind of "dress rehearsal," to learn more about what they find pleasurable. People can learn about their bodies through masturbating, and this can help them communicate better with their partners about what they enjoy sexually.

Myth #3: Girls don't masturbate.

Some people think that it's OK for guys to masturbate and have sex, but that girls shouldn't. Unfortunately, our society is often more comfortable with men expressing their sexuality than with women, so many girls are taught not to masturbate — or not to admit to doing it. But the truth is, girls and women do masturbate, and there's no reason they shouldn't. In fact, one study showed that women who masturbate have higher self-esteem than those who don't.

Myth #4: It's bad to masturbate every day.

Some people masturbate every day — or even more than once a day. That's fine. So is there such a thing as "too much" masturbation? According to counselors, it's only when masturbation gets in the way of daily activities — like going to school or work, or meeting friends — that it would be considered "too much." And not many people have that problem. Also, some people worry that masturbating frequently will affect a girl's fertility or a guy's ability to produce sperm. It doesn't. A guy may find that he has less volume of semen if he ejaculates frequently, and his semen may contain less sperm. But that doesn't mean that his sperm count will be reduced in the future. The testicles produce and store sperm beginning at puberty, and sperm production continues through most of adult life.

So forget those rumors of hairy palms and shrinking penises. Masturbation is a safe and healthy way to relieve sexual tension, explore our sexuality, and discover what feels good. Let's give ourselves a hand — or two!

I'm not sure what you mean by "effect".

If you are tired afterwards it is because the massive release of endorphins stimulates receptors in the brain that relax you and make you feel tired. Or if you take a long time to really pleasure yourself, you may be tired from physical activity. If this is the case, drink something with caffeine or have a high protein low carb shake after you clean up.

Another common "effect" of frequent masturbation is dry skin on the shaft of the penis. You can take care of that by either using a high quality lubricant to polish your rod or by using a moisturizing lotion two to three times a day. The problem with using the lotion is that you may get started with more then you anticipated.

There are some other negative effects of overly frequent masturbation that are not too common but do happen such as an inability to orgasm during normal intercourse, premature ejaculation, and very rarely some psychological disorders. If you are having medical or psychological issues you should see your primary care physician or other specialist for professional assistance.

There are some very serious effects associated with autoerotic asphyxia and nitrate (or other inhalant) use. Irreversible BRAIN DAMAGE, heart palpitations, and DEATH happens frequently. It really sucks to be found dead with your junk in your hands or show up at the ER with a heart attack because you had to rub one out.
If autoerotic asphyxia is what you are into, you should NEVER DO IT ALONE or while on substances that alter your perception. Using nitrates to enhance pleasure should never be used by people with heart conditions, respiratory disorders, or while using medications like Viagra. Using Viagra and Nitrates together can cause a very painful condition called a priapism. Priapism will require medical attention and can result in permanent penis damage.

The three most important things to remember about masturbation is to:
1. Enjoy yourself
2. Don't hurt yourself
3. Don't hurt others

I'm not sure what you mean. As far as I am aware, there are no negative side-effects from masturbation. It's a safe, natural way to release tension. If you're "in to it and can't leave it now", what's the problem? As long as it isn't interfering with your job or daily routine, then just carry on enjoying it. If it is, just cut down a little.
Most important of all. don't feel guilty about it.

Well you actually need to cure the feeling that masturbation is not good for you... Scientific studies have revealed that masturbation is not harmful for the body in ANY manner...

However, as excess of everything is bad, so would excessive masturbation lead to physical and psychological complications...

If you are masturbating 1-2 times a day, it is perfectly normal... I have seen people who do it 3 times a day and still lead normal healthy lives...

So don't worry and have fun but just dont forget to keep it within limits... Just clear this mental block towards masturbation...

Sexual energy builds up in our body and it should be transmuted or released once in a while. Masturbation is one of the ways to do it. The important thing is, you should listen to your body. If you are tired often, have difficulties paying attention, etc., you should reduce the frequency.
Like I said, masturbation should be seen as a way to release sexual energy. It brings pleasure and satisfaction along the way. However, one should not pursuit masturbation just for pleasure and satisfaction.

the best way to kill a fire is to let it burn the entire thing. Your problem is quite easy but difficult to solve however if you really wanted to here are my suggestions.
1. go out often with your friends on an adventure trip like camping sans the nude mag
2. stop reading or viewing suggestive materials
3. do not stay idle, use up your time. idleness leads to such.
4. keep busy with worthwhile things like cultivating a new hobby to drive out the urge to masturbate
5. tell yourself to stop doing it, talk to yourself alone. its normal just don't make your voice so loud that people will think you are going nuts... hehe
6. find a girl and let out your urge to her.

choose what fits you and find out which one works.

Mastru**** doesnt have any ill effect on the body if you do it carefully and dont indulge into any dangerous activities like inserting in bottle or such hole like objects. Remove your ring fingers and do it this will not hurt ur skin and dont be vigorous as that may impact the veins and reduce your erection. And dont mastrubate more than twice a day as that can lead to sore skin and irritation or can also damage urninary outlet.

Cheers!!!
