Well yes, call the police dept. and tell them what he is doing and they will pick him up. what did you think the restraining order meant. that he could still do darn well as he pleases.. but it won't happen if you don't report it .. so do something about it. or drop the restraining order.

You can report it, you cannot have anyone arrested, only the PD can do that, and they unfortunately don't in a majority of those cases... they slap hands.. until there is a visible assault.. (too late)
