did you get something that said you won money? Because if you did, it's a scam.
try www.snopes.com and see if there's scam alert on the info you have.

Well... there is a phone number there. Why not call it and find out?
If you know the name and number, usually a phone operator can also verify an address for you if you ask her if what you have is correct.
