How would someone go about opening a Hollister Co. in their area? The Finance? Pro's/Con's? What does Hollister look for when the choose a location to open one of their stores?

This is for a class... just need info for what the business itself would do..

Hollister is not a franchise where an individual can open one up in their town. So, someone can't go about opening a Hollister Co. in their area. Maybe you should rethink your question.
