I have one of those 24 inch blacklight bolts from walmart thats 27 watts. i was wondering if it would be possible to wire it as an accessory light in my 95 chevy S-10. would it fry the bulb? or would it not be enough power to turn it on? or would it just work fine?

Its really just a question of voltage. You car battery and cigarette lighters are ~12 volts. If the blacklight is also a 12v bulb it should be fine.

try a mechanical gauge the position the sender is going. It has a million/8" pipe threads, extremely customary. I had astonishing readings on the oil mild, in spite of the undeniable fact that the gauge validated oil stress in specs. My '80 2.8L V6 Chevy specs 36-40-one PSI, it does 36 on idle, 40-one with somewhat gas. it may actually have a burnt cord intermittently touching exhaust manifold. I had to positioned fiberglas insulation between my sender wires and the manifold. If one sender cord is grounded (do not remember which one), it may study max stress to an electric powered sprint gauge, this is 80 PSI. New senders are extremely basic to position in. EDIT: I have basically study oil senders desire a sturdy floor to artwork top. So, do not use teflon tape on threads. Use that copper bearing anti length, only a tiny little bit of it. New Chevy senders contain a particular sealant on them. So there is yet another area of try, examine sender threads and retighten. i do not see how cleansing the intake (did you pour in Sea Foam or something?) might want to impression oil stress. Oil stress relief valves stick open, that can make for consistent Low stress. some oil filters have a pass valve, if not one of the above, i might want to get a clean Fram filter out. and be particular the oil top weight for the elements and per maker's spec at same time. in case you saved up with primary detergent oil variations, oil pump valve received't stick. My '80 V6 has 89,000 unique miles on it, sat for years in a Missoula MT barn. I took out oil pump some weeks in the past after I replaced a seal, no longer a element incorrect with it. sparkling as a whistle.
