After hystererctomy ie removal of uterus its not possible for a woman to become a mother herself in a biological way though she can adopt or can have a baby with the help of a surrogate mother but lot of emotional and legal issues are involved.Regarding the uterus transplant, the research is in a very early stage yet.

The Uterus serves as a home for the fetus, it's like a little apartment. Without that apartment the fetus has no where to live and to grow.
I have never heard of transplanting a Uterus, but I suppose in todays world absolutely anything is possible.
Good Luck to you.

After removing the uterus, that is the end of the motherhood for a lady. No transplant of uterus is advisable. Better go for adoption.

No, she can not. There is always the chance she could use a surrogate mother, as long as she still has her overies to harvest eggs from. As far as uterine transplants go, don't be suprised if someday they find a way to do it. It is amazing what medical research is doing.

They could use the woman's eggs and sperm from her husband to make their baby, which could be carried by a surrogate mother. But no, he could not have her own natural children any other way (at least not yet).
