Is there a differecne in colors between the sexes?

I think you mean sexually dimorphic...this means the males and females have different coloration. Diachromatic is when an animal can mimic the color of it's surroundings to blend in,...such as a chameleon. No, Cedar Waxwings are not sexually dimorphic, both male and female are the same in coloration.
