Blondee, the Roots, KRS-One, Brand Nubian, Jurrassic 5 are among many POSITIVE/Non-"vulgar" hip-hop artists and you will find that you are wrong and pre-judging without basis or investigation.
As for ugly.. Juvenille, Lil Wayne, Camillionaire,ODB, LIL Jon (Is he a rapper?), Bubba Sparxx (hee hee), Paul Wall, the entire 504 boyz, including lil Romeo.
I would put Jay-Z but the last time I checked his body was banging and he has a great sense of style so, I gotta give him xtra points. lol

All of them. There is nothing good about rap "music" which is not music to me but vulgar, violent language set to a beat.
