The brain has the ability to learn the heart does not. The heart will keep making the bad decisions again and again in spite of the outcome.

When in life you need to make some important decisions it is hard to decide who you will follow: your heart or your brain.
What I can tell you based on my experience is that in some times of your life you would see that your brain is dominating your decisions and in others it is your heart. It all depends on the circumstances that you live and you go through everyday. The best thing to do is to try to have a balance between both. For example: When you meet someone it is your heart who starts the first sparkle but when you start going out with the person your brain would ask you: what is next? what do you want from this person? who is he/she for you? Your brain starts to rationalise. And when both, your brain and heart, synchronizes you would be the happiest person.

first, your brain tells you the possible "right-minded" choices to take in life.
second,your heart can move you to choose that one choice among the other choices...

but the truth is,even if you choose one or the other it wouldn't really matter cause the one that you don't choose will make you rethink of the option that you chose...
Confusing??yup it is...

just 2 give u an example...even if someone sets up the "ideals" for the "perfect partner"(so the brain is working...),when you meet that certain someone who makes your heart feel ___(whatever positive feeling it may be)and "then the story of love begin...",even with all the imperfections and the "ideals" that does not meet, you still accept it fully(so the heart is working)...but somehow your mind is still asking you "is it right?is it gonna be ok?will I regret it someday?blahblah..."

in short,one is interdependent on the other...balancing these two can give you the choice which is both acceptable to the mind but still not regrettable to your heart...

Heart knows likes and dislikes. Brain knows Whats right / appropriate or wrong / unrequired. For eg: My brain knows and says smoking is injurious but my heart says i need it. But how to understand that the decision was of heart or brain???? then just ask a question to yourself......... Why am i doing this????? if the answer is Dont know or some other baseless answer then you are thinking by heart which will definitely take you to hell.
