I have Increaseed my V.M BY 1.5 Min & x 3 times Max of My R.A.M?

I am still getting a message virtual memory to low, when I try to load my Tesco Internet phone with updated version, never had trouble loading it Pre updated version?
Please help if possible, save me pulling my hair out further

How much RAM do you have? The 1.5x/3x rule is somewhat outdated. How many programs do you have running at the same time? You may want to trim some of your startup programs as well.
