It's not illegal, you will just get a bill from the bank for the amount you spent..plus overdraw fees. My bank charges interest every week until paid. You need to check with your bank

incorrect, some banks dont relay on the CHEX equipment, and some economic employer do no longer even document you to the credit Bureaus. each and every from time to time banks waiting you to go back economic employer and than once you opened an account with them, lets say 4 years later, they'll positioned up rigidity costs on your new economic employer account lower back from 4 years in the past. i do no longer artwork on the business employer, yet logically this making scenes, considering banks can in common words keep you in CHEX equipment for no longer than 7 years and than you'd be sparkling. yet somewhat only keep this debt continually and use their chance even as it comes.

Yes. Writing a bad check is a crime. The amount of the check determines whether it is a felony or a misdemeanor. It is only a crime if it was done with knowledge of insufficient funds, however.

I keep $2000 in each of my checking accounts not registered so I pretend it isn't there in my totals. I then NEVER have an overdraft.

I AM MY OVERDRAFT PROTECTION !!

Learn this, live this and life just keeps getting better !

Yes it's a form of stealing. Its like going out and racking up your credit cards and then not paying for them. It is stealing if you can't pay for it.
