I didn't actually watch the entire game b/c I became disgusted at the poorly executed plays and players. The one play when the Bears quarterback fumbled the ball at the hand off was enough for me.

i think either the colts paid the refs or the bears got paid to throw that game.
it was a terrible game by the bears who should have won in the first place.

Have you ever handled a ball in the rain? It gets slick, and was the reason for the fumbles. I thought the Bears got some lucky calls so I thought the refs helped them out. The Colts were clearly a better team and the Bears were sloppy the whole second half of the season. So no, there was no fix. The Bears are just not that great of a team.

No...but I felt badly for the athletes..it was a rainy, sloppy mess out there and well your going to fumble, miss tackles and slip and slide all over the place. Normally games of this caliber are played in domes, but no one anticipated this weather.

Rex Grossman has been horrible the last 7 games and had a mediocre playoff run, that was only successful because of his Defense. Actually Rex played like he did the last 6-7 games of the season. Just look up his stats. He choked.

What is up with people these days!!!! And I am serious. When things don't come out the way they want them they think it is messed up, rigged or fixed. No not all things are like that in the world. So the Colts won what can you do about it. Nothing so quit complaining and hope that the Bears have a chance next year. Which they ain't going to because Tennessee is going next year with Vince Young... So learn that when things don't go your way that it isn't fixed....

That is ridiculous. Why would the NFL want to fix the Super Bowl. What would be their motive? Chicago is the second largest market the NFL has, while the Colts are one of the smallest. If the NFL were going to fix the game, don't you think that they would fix it for the beloved Chicago market? The NFL was going to be a winner either way; a black head coach was going to win the Super Bowl. They had no motive or reasoning for wanting to fix the game.

Sure, it's fixed. It's fixed that this year they played in Miami. It's fixed that the winners get a Super Bowl ring. It's fixed that there's a MVP awarded after the game. It's fixed that they plan on having a Super Bowl pretty much every year. But do you mean the outcome/winner is fixed? No.

Conspiracy Theory perhaps, but still a subject to be look into.
What are the odds of 2 black coached teams making it to the super bowl, when there are only 6 black coached teams out of 32 teams.
So there is room for Conspiracy Theory

"Fixed"? Please. We've known all season that Rex Grossman (Bears QB) is hit-or-miss. When he's having a good game, things go well. When he starts screwing up, things go bad. That's the way it's been since September, and last night was NO different.

Go Bears!!

It is interesting that the over/under was 46.5 and both team refused to score during the last 2 minutes. I hear a lot of people (money) was on the over.

No is wasn't fixed. Grossman sucks. He falls apart worse than a Ford.

I would have thought it was totally fixed if the Saints and the Colts went to the Superbowl and the Saints would have won, yeah, it would have been fixed but I'm pleased with the turnout. Hurray, Colts!
