I have always found SNL to be anti-funny. If you are having a laugh and then watch it; your laughter will end. Every few years I watch it to see if it improved and it didn't. I find 50% of the skits unfunny, another 45% anti-funny and the rest actually being good. I don't know a single sober adult who feels differently. You can take all the funny skits and put them on a 3 hour DVD.

Glad to know it's not just me that doesn't think it's funny - the skits are just stupid, and I'm almost embarrassed for some of the guests that I've seen the few times I've watched.

I agree, although I usually pretty buzzed sat. nights I still don't find snl funny anymore. Used to be funny with diff. cast members. I've been watching old episodes of upright citizens brigade and kids in the hall.

I only watch when someone I am interested in is on and even then I tivo it so I can scan to the parts I want to see.. It really has not been funny in a very long time.

It used to be funny. Not so much anymore. But isn't that the way with all things? Quality gets eroded over time.

it was funny in the early-mid 90's...until Tina Fey took over writing and ruined the show......it became all political...all boring
